Crispy Baked Buffalo Chicken Fingers

Instructions
- If using chicken breasts, pound down and cut into strips.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Process the corn flakes with seasonings until broken down but not completely crushed.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with the egg and milk mixture, and one with the corn flake mixture.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then roll in the corn flakes.
- Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then toss the chicken fingers in buffalo sauce.
- Serve warm with blue cheese dipping sauce.
