Ingredients

The Chicken Wings

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • enough to fry neutral oil

The Buffalo Sauce

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • cup hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

To Serve

  • to taste additional buffalo sauce
  • to taste ranch dressing
  • to taste blue cheese dressing
  • to taste celery sticks

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture, repeating the process for a double coating.
  4. Place the breaded chicken on a plate and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and mix with hot sauce and garlic powder to make the buffalo sauce.
  6. Heat oil in a pot to 375°F.
  7. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Drain fried chicken on paper towels and toss in buffalo sauce.
  9. Serve immediately with additional buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and celery sticks.
