The Buffalo Sauce

Instructions
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture, repeating the process for a double coating.
- Place the breaded chicken on a plate and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and mix with hot sauce and garlic powder to make the buffalo sauce.
- Heat oil in a pot to 375°F.
- Fry chicken pieces in batches for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Drain fried chicken on paper towels and toss in buffalo sauce.
- Serve immediately with additional buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and celery sticks.
