Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack coated with nonstick spray.
- Pat the wings dry and toss them with baking powder in a plastic bag.
- Arrange the wings skin-side up on the rack and bake for 30 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and bake for an additional 45 to 50 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and hot sauce, then toss the baked wings in the sauce.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
