Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250℉ and prepare a baking sheet with foil and a rack.
- Place the chicken wing parts in a bowl, sprinkle with baking powder and salt, and toss to coat.
- Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer without touching.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 250℉.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425℉ and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Rotate the pan and bake for another 20 minutes until crispy and browned.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by combining ghee, hot pepper sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and cayenne in a saucepan over medium heat until melted and combined.
- Transfer the cooked wings to a container, drizzle with half of the sauce, and toss to coat.
- Serve with the remaining sauce or a dipping sauce of choice.
