Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Cut the chicken wings at the joint into 2 or 3 pieces.
- Pat the wings dry and toss with half of the seasoning mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top, spraying it with non-stick spray.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then turn the wings over and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
- Let the wings cool for 5 minutes before serving, or toss them in Buffalo sauce if desired.
- To make the Buffalo sauce, melt butter, then whisk in the Buffalo sauce and honey.
