Instructions
- Wash the chicken wings and place them in a single layer on a cookie sheet, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to dry.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with all the spices and drizzle with vegetable oil, mixing until well coated.
- Line a baking pan with foil and place a wire rack on top, arranging the chicken wings in a single layer.
- Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes, rotating them halfway through for even cooking.
