Ingredients

The wings

  • 3 pounds chicken wings

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon powder

The oil

  • as needed none vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken wings and place them in a single layer on a cookie sheet, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to dry.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with all the spices and drizzle with vegetable oil, mixing until well coated.
  4. Line a baking pan with foil and place a wire rack on top, arranging the chicken wings in a single layer.
  5. Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes, rotating them halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite chicken wing sauce.
