  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste cooking oil spray (e.g., olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and place it in a large bowl or plastic bag.
  3. Add flour and all spices to the chicken and ensure it is fully coated.
  4. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the wings on it.
  5. Spritz the wings with cooking oil.
