Instructions
- 1. Pat dry the chicken wings and separate the flats from the drums.
- 2. Combine all spices, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Toss the wings in the flour mixture until fully coated and shake off excess.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F.
- 5. Fry the wings in small batches for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 6. Place the wings on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
