Instructions
- Combine chicken wings and buttermilk in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, place the beaten eggs. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder.
- Coat each chicken wing in flour, dip in egg, and coat again in flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F.
- Fry chicken wings in batches for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve, garnished with parsley if desired.
