Instructions
- Cut the chicken wings at the joints and discard the wing tips.
- Place the cut drumettes and flats in a large bowl and season with paprika, oregano, and black pepper.
- Mix the seasonings well using your hands.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and whipping cream.
- Use ¼ of the flour to lightly coat the wings.
- Pour the egg mixture over the wings and mix well using your hands.
- Add the remaining flour and seasonings into a large bag and add the chicken wings.
- Shake the bag until each piece is well coated.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan at medium-high temperature.
- Cook each chicken wing for 8 minutes on one side and 9 minutes on the other.
- Remove from heat and drain excess oil, then serve immediately.
