Ingredients

The chicken wings

  • 5 lbs Whole Chicken Wings

The coating

  • 2 ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 4 tbsp Creole Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Whipping Cream
  • 3 Large Organic Eggs

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken wings at the joints and discard the wing tips.
  2. Place the cut drumettes and flats in a large bowl and season with paprika, oregano, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the seasonings well using your hands.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and whipping cream.
  5. Use ¼ of the flour to lightly coat the wings.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the wings and mix well using your hands.
  7. Add the remaining flour and seasonings into a large bag and add the chicken wings.
  8. Shake the bag until each piece is well coated.
  9. Heat cooking oil in a pan at medium-high temperature.
  10. Cook each chicken wing for 8 minutes on one side and 9 minutes on the other.
  11. Remove from heat and drain excess oil, then serve immediately.
