Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add honey and turn off the heat.
- Mix in the hot sauce until fully incorporated and set aside.
- Cut the chicken wings into three pieces and pat dry.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper, then dredge the wings in the flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the wings for about 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Drain the wings on a wire rack or paper towels.
- Toss the cooked wings in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve with bleu cheese dressing.
