Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and set up two oven-safe racks inside two rimmed baking sheets.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the racks.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the wings are crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks if desired.
