Baked Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and a wire rack.
- Whisk together baking powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Dry the chicken wings and toss them with the baking powder mixture.
- Arrange the wings on the wire rack and bake for 30 minutes on the lower middle rack.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees and move the wings to the upper middle rack.
- Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 45 to 50 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, toss the baked wings with the desired amount of buffalo sauce.
- For the blue cheese dip, whisk together cornstarch and water, then melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add hot sauce and honey to the melted butter, then stir in the cornstarch mixture until thickened.
- Mix all blue cheese dip ingredients together and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
