Baked Buffalo Wings

The sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 3. Rinse the wings under cold water and pat them dry.
- 4. Separate the wing from the drumette at the joint using a sharp knife.
- 5. In a large bowl, toss the wings with garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and ¼ cup of wing sauce until evenly coated.
- 6. Place the wings on the wire rack and bake for 20 minutes.
- 7. Flip the wings and return them to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 8. Toss the cooked wings in the remaining ½ cup of wing sauce and serve with carrots, celery, and blue cheese dressing.
