Classic Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

The Buffalo Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, chipotle chili powder, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Pat chicken wings dry in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle spice blend over the wings and drizzle with canola oil, then toss to coat.
- Place wings on a wire rack lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the wings after 20 minutes.
- Turn the broiler on to HIGH and broil the wings for 8-10 minutes until browned.
- In a medium saucepan, heat buffalo sauce and coconut oil until melted and warm.
- Remove wings from the oven, toss with buffalo sauce until coated, and serve.
