Ingredients

The Chicken Wings

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

The Buffalo Sauce

  • 12 oz. buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, chipotle chili powder, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Pat chicken wings dry in a large bowl.
  4. Sprinkle spice blend over the wings and drizzle with canola oil, then toss to coat.
  5. Place wings on a wire rack lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the wings after 20 minutes.
  7. Turn the broiler on to HIGH and broil the wings for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  8. In a medium saucepan, heat buffalo sauce and coconut oil until melted and warm.
  9. Remove wings from the oven, toss with buffalo sauce until coated, and serve.
