Ingredients

The wings

  • 3 pounds party style chicken wings

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

The sauce

  • ½ cup hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot Sauce)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For serving

  • to taste celery sticks
  • to taste ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil, placing a non-stick oven-safe rack on top.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. Place the coated wings on the rack in a single layer.
