Buffalo Hot Wings

The chicken

boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes

The flour mixture

The sauce

Franks Red Hot

Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip the chicken into the flour mixture, then into the buttermilk, and back into the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken in vegetable oil at 360 degrees for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add Franks Red Hot and cayenne pepper, bringing to a boil and then simmering for 5 minutes.
- After frying, coat the chicken with the sauce using your preferred method.
- Place the sauced chicken on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
