Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

Instructions
- Soak the chicken pieces in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
- Prepare a bowl with beaten eggs.
- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder.
- Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and coat again in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- Fry 4-5 nuggets at a time for 4-6 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove fried chicken and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, and honey.
- Toss the cooked nuggets in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
