Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each chicken wing at the joints to separate the drums and flats, discarding the wing tips.
- In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, Himalayan salt, and garlic powder. Season the chicken with the mixture, then toss in olive oil.
- Bake the chicken at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
- In a small pot, combine all sauce ingredients and cook on low to medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the baked chicken wings with the wing sauce until well coated.
