Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (207°C).
- Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Toss the wings in a large bowl with oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on top.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- In a saucepan, mix all ingredients for the orange sauce and heat until thickened.
- Once the wings are done, coat them with the orange sauce.
- Drizzle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
