Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine the wings with flour, sea salt, and black pepper, tossing until coated.
- Place the coated wings on a lined baking sheet.
- Spray the wings with oil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Flip the wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- While the wings bake, prepare the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir the sauce for 6-7 minutes until thickened, then set aside.
- After baking, broil the wings for 2 minutes to achieve a golden color.
- Remove wings from the oven, pour the sauce over them, and coat well.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired, serve, and enjoy.
