Sticky Ginger Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and place the chicken wings in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Drizzle cooking oil over the wings and toss to coat, then bake for 15 minutes.
- While the wings bake, prepare the sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
- After 15 minutes, pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
- Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until the sauce reduces and becomes sticky.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve.
