Instructions
- Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, pepper, and cooking oil.
- Place chicken thighs in a dish or bag and pour the marinade over them, then marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium flame and add cooking oil.
- Cook half the chicken until browned and cooked through, then remove and repeat with the second batch.
- Pour the leftover marinade into the skillet, boil, and reduce to a thick glaze.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the glaze, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
