Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces and mix with ½ cup buffalo sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and place a cooling rack into a large sheet pan.
- Cut the bacon into thirds and arrange a third of it on a cutting board.
- Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon and place seam side down on the cooling rack.
- Repeat the wrapping process until all bacon and chicken are used.
- Baste each chicken bite with ¼ cup buffalo sauce using a pastry brush.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 5-7 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crispy.
- Serve with additional buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing.
