Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces and marinate in ½ cup buffalo sauce in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and set a cooling rack in a large sheet pan.
- Cut the bacon into thirds and place them in rows on a cutting board.
- Wrap each piece of chicken in a piece of bacon and place seam side down on the cooling rack.
- Baste each chicken bite with ¼ cup buffalo sauce using a pastry brush.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then broil for 5-7 minutes, turning the bites halfway through.
