Cozy Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Instructions
- Soak cashews in hot water.
- Sauté onion, carrots, celery, garlic, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes.
- Add thyme, sage, broth, and rice; bring to a boil, then simmer for 35 minutes.
- Add raw chicken and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Remove chicken to cool, then shred it.
- Blend soaked cashews with water until smooth, then add to the soup along with soy sauce and season to taste.
