Healthy Banana Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners, spraying them with nonstick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana and whisk in the eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each liner 2/3 full, and bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
- While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by blending cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until creamy.
- Chill the frosting in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Once the cupcakes have cooled, frost each one with the cream cheese frosting.
