Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana and whisk in the eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by blending cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until creamy.
- Chill the frosting in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Frost the cake once it has fully cooled.
