Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • 5 large eggs
  • 20 drops vanilla liquid stevia
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Puree the ripe bananas, grapeseed oil, eggs, vanilla stevia, honey, and baking soda in a food processor.
  3. Add the coconut flour and almond flour, and puree well.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 32 minutes, adjusting time if using toppings or different dish sizes.
