The frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oil and honey, then add the eggs and mix well.
- Stir in the mashed bananas and milk.
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon, and mix to combine.
- Stir in both flours until just combined, then fold in any optional mix-ins.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 34 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely on a rack before frosting.
- To make the frosting, beat together the cream cheese and butter until fluffy, then add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and serve.
