Healthy Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oil and honey. Add the eggs and mix well, then incorporate the mashed bananas and milk.
- Mix in the baking soda, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the flour until just combined, adding any optional mix-ins if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
