Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large bananas)
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5 loaf pan.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk the mashed bananas and eggs until combined.
  4. 4. Mix in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
