Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5 loaf pan.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk the mashed bananas and eggs until combined.
- 4. Mix in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- 6. Fold in the chocolate chips or any other desired mix-ins.
- 7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- 8. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
