Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Whisk in the egg, yogurt, and oil.
- Add the brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla, and mix well.
- Sprinkle the baking soda, cinnamon, and salt over the mixture and stir until combined.
- Gently stir in the flour until just combined, then fold in any mix-ins.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool for 15 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
