Easy Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Combine the mashed bananas, baking soda, oil (or butter), sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt in a large bowl.
- Fold in the flour until just combined, then add nuts, seeds, and chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Optionally, add sliced banana on top and sprinkle with seeds.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
