Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar.
- 4. Whisk in the eggs, then add the mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.
- 5. Combine the wet and dry mixtures, folding until just combined.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- 7. Bake for 50 to 58 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 8. Cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
