Classic Banana Bread

Instructions
- Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with cooking spray.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat together sugar and butter until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in mashed bananas, yogurt (or sour cream), and vanilla until blended.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just moist.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
