Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the loaf pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth, then whisk in the eggs.
- Stir in the vanilla and coconut sugar.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients until combined and sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
