Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas and mix in eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
