Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and ensure you have 1 ½ cups.
- Whisk in the eggs, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, and whisk to combine.
- Fold in the almond flour and flaxseed until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then cover loosely with foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the chocolate drizzle, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle over the cooled loaf.
