Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and sea salt.
- In a small bowl, mash the bananas.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy, then add honey, melted butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in ¾ cup of the chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the batter to the lined loaf pan and sprinkle the top with the remaining ¼ cup walnuts.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before removing from the pan and slicing.
