Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas with almond flour, eggs, maple syrup, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and olive oil, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle any optional toppings over the batter.
- Bake for about 55 to 60 minutes until the top is golden and firm.
- Let the bread cool completely in the pan before slicing.
