Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed, and fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- Let the bread cool completely in the pan before slicing.
