Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.
- In a blender, combine the wet ingredients: bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract, and pulse until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix lightly until combined.
- Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and smooth it out evenly with a rubber spatula.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool fully before slicing, and top with extra cinnamon if desired.
