Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Tapioca Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 4 pieces Bananas (super ripe)
  • 3 pieces Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. In a blender, blend the bananas and wet ingredients until just incorporated.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix lightly until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy.
