Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In a blender, blend the bananas and wet ingredients until just incorporated.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix lightly until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy.
