Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the white whole wheat flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
