Healthy Chocolate Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until almost smooth.
- Add the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix to combine.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, then fold in half of the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is fragrant and set through the center.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
