Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 medium over-ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup avocado oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups packed super fine blanched almond flour
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Blend the bananas, eggs, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the blended wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 55 minutes, or until a knife comes out almost clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
