Healthy Chocolate Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a standard-size bread pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the wet ingredients except for the coconut oil.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix to combine, then add the melted coconut oil and mix again.
- Pour the batter into the greased bread pan, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and bake for 45-50 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Let the banana bread cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan to finish cooling.
