Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a bread tin with parchment paper and cooking oil spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed banana with melted oil or butter, brown sugar, egg replacement (or eggs), vanilla, and almond milk, whisking until mixed.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring with a wooden spoon, and fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared tin, sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top, and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Let it cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
