Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the coconut oil, applesauce, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the white whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread sit for 5 minutes before serving.
